Most people know Marilu Henner for her role as Elaine O'Connor Nardo in the American sitcom, “Taxi”, that ran for nearly 6 years, from 1978 to 1983. However, not many know that she’s also fitness freak who, in sharp contrast to her fellow celebrities, champions the virtues of a healthy and sustainable weight loss diet. In fact, she has battled issues like excessive weight and poor health in her own life. That sounds like a tall order but Henner is of the opinion that adjusting your diet in this manner goes a long way towards reconditioning your palate.

 

Finally, in addition to all the diet modification an exercise program is also suggested by Marilu Henner. This isn’t simply for the purpose of burning calories or losing inches. Exercising is a great way to reduce stress. You don’t need to exercise intensively but it’s important to be regular.

I heard there were like 4 different ones and each vaires upon the person. Thyroid Gland, Parathyroid Gland, Pituitary Gland, and Liver. These are the main organs responsible for fat loss. If you can find out which organ stimulates your fat loss personally, you've succeded at burning fat. Is this true? I believe mine is the thyroid gland, so what factors stimulte the thyroid Calcium, Protein, Carbohyrdates, etc. What?
